Refund Policy

1. Free plan

The Embed plan is free. There is nothing to pay and nothing to refund.

2. Free trial

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial where offered. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically and the first payment is charged at the end of the trial.

3. Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings (via the Paddle customer portal linked in your partner dashboard). When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that. We do not automatically provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a period.

4. Refunds

If something has gone wrong — for example you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or the service was materially not as described — contact us and we will put it right, which may include a refund. Because Paddle is the merchant of record, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Paddle.

Where you are a consumer, this policy does not affect your statutory rights, including any right to a “cooling-off” cancellation under applicable consumer law. Business customers purchase on the terms set out here and in the Terms of Service.

5. How to request a refund or cancel

To cancel, use the Manage billing option in your partner dashboard. To ask about a refund, email barry@codingbadger-creative.com from the address on your account, with your plan and the date of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days. You can also manage or dispute a payment through Paddle using the receipt they email you.
