Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 August 2026
1. Who we are
The service is provided by Codingbadger Creative Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16896863). You can contact us at barry@codingbadger-creative.com. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Codingbadger Creative Limited; “you” means the person or business using the service.
2. What the service is
Have I Enough? is a UK-focused retirement planning tool. It lets you model pensions, savings, spending and retirement timing. The planner runs in your browser and is provided for general information and educational purposes only. We also offer a paid, embeddable version of the planner that businesses (“partners”) can add to their own websites under their own branding.
3. Not financial advice
Have I Enough? does not provide regulated financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing it produces is a personal recommendation. Projections are estimates based on the information you enter and assumptions that may not reflect your circumstances or future events. You are responsible for your own decisions and should seek advice from a suitably qualified, regulated professional before acting. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully, or in a way that harms us, our partners or other users;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure;
- copy, resell or redistribute the service except as expressly permitted for partners below;
- remove or obscure any proprietary notices, or misrepresent your relationship with us.
5. Partner accounts
To use the embeddable service you create a partner account. Authentication is handled by our identity provider (Clerk). You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account, and you confirm you are authorised to enter into these terms on behalf of your business. You must give accurate account and branding information and keep it up to date.
6. Plans, subscriptions and billing
We offer a free Embed plan and paid Pro and White Label plans. Paid plans are sold on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) and include a free trial where stated. Our order processing and payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record (reseller) for purchases. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms shown at checkout.
Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. Prices are stated exclusive of taxes unless indicated; applicable taxes are added at checkout. We may change plan features or prices on reasonable notice, with changes taking effect at your next renewal. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Embedding and partner obligations
Subject to these terms and an active plan, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to embed the planner on the domains you register, for the duration of your subscription. You may reskin the planner within the options we provide. Free and Pro plans display a “Powered by Have I Enough?” mark; the White Label plan may remove it. You must not present the planner as regulated advice, and you remain responsible for your own website, your relationship with your end-users, and any content or claims you add around the planner.
8. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, content and trade marks, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. Except for the limited embedding licence above, no rights are granted to you. Feedback you send us may be used without restriction or obligation.
9. Availability, changes and termination
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may modify or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or fail to pay. You may stop using the service at any time; cancelling a paid plan is covered by the Refund Policy. On termination, your right to use and embed the service ends, though existing shared plan links already created may continue to work.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss arising from reliance on the planner’s outputs, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period or £100.
11. Governing law
These terms and any dispute relating to them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify partners. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
